How do I take care of my Offshore suit?
1. How do I know my size?
Our size chart serves as a general guideline only. Due to the natural stretch of our fabric, our styles run smaller than normal. For those with bigger bust sizes listed in the size chart, we recommend that you size up! Should you need assistance in choosing the perfect size for you, send us your dimensions via DM on Instagram @offshore_swim or send us an email at offshore.swim@gmail.com.
2. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you can now purchase our swimsuits at Frankie General Store in Rockwell or through offshore-swimwear.com.
3. How do our products differ from other suits?
We made sure to source fabrics which are aligned with our brand promise – to be the suits you can wear every where. Our lightweight fabrics are very breathable, made of high quality materials, and have very subtle but stylish details that would make you stand out.
4. Why do you have limited stocks?
We’re very mindful of our carbon footprint, and are always finding ways to be as carbon neutral as much as possible. Our whole philosophy revolves around slow fashion – having functional pieces that would last outlast trends made from high quality fabric to ensure our suit’s longevity. On top of that, we don’t want to be stocking up on suits to just eventually put them on sale.

2. How long is your reservation period? Upon receiving your order confirmation, we will give two days for you to settle your payment. Should you need an extension, just DM us on Instagram via @offshore_swim or send us an email at offshore.swim@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you!
3. How fast is your shipping? Our shipping schedule is every Friday only (excluding holidays and announced breaks). Maximizing our delivery routes help us reduce our carbon footprint! We process your orders the moment we receive order confirmation, to be shipped every Friday. However, we can arrange for a next day delivery via the courier of your choice, just DM us on Instagram via @offshore_swim to arrange this.
1. What is your return / exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the payment has been settled for hygienic reasons. Please refer to our size guide to ensure you get the right size. Should you need any assistance in choosing the right size for you, shoot us a DM on IG. If you receive damaged suits or the wrong item, kindly send us a DM upon receipt of the item via @offshore_swim or email us at offshore.swim@ gmail.com.
2. How do I cancel my order when I’ve already settled the payment?
We do not allow cancellation of orders once the payment has already been settled.
