How fast is your shipping?
Our shipping schedule is every Friday (excluding holidays & announced breaks). Maximizing our delivery routes help us reduce our carbon footprint! We process your orders the moment we receive order confirmation. However, in the case of a fashion emergency, we can arrange next-day delivery via the courier of your choice. Just DM us on Instagram at @offshore_swim to arrange this.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the payment has been settled for hygienic reasons. Please refer to our size guide to ensure you get the right size. Should you need any assistance in choosing the right size for you, shoot us a DM on IG.
